नौ दिन कैसे करें कन्या-पूजन हिंदी में
नौ दिनों तक दैवीय शक्ति मनुष्य लोक के भ्रमण के लिए आती है। इन दिनों की गई उपासना-आराधना से देवी भक्तों पर प्रसन्न होती है। लेकिन पुराणों में वर्णित है कि मात्र श्लोक-मंत्र-उपवास और हवन से देवी को प्रसन्न नहीं किया जा सकता।
इन दिनों 2 से लेकर 5 वर्ष तक की नन्ही कन्याओं के पूजन का विशेष महत्व है। नौ दिनों तक इन नन्ही कन्याओं को सुंदर गिफ्ट्स देकर इनका दिल जीता जा सकता है। इनके माध्यम से नवदुर्गा को भी प्रसन्न किया जा सकता है। पुराणों की दृष्टि से नौ दिनों तक कन्याओं को एक विशेष प्रकार की भेंट देना शुभ होता है।
· प्रथम दिन इन्हें फूल की भेंट देना शुभ होता है। साथ में कोई एक श्रृंगार सामग्री अवश्य दें। अगर आप मां सरस्वती को प्रसन्न करना चाहते है तो श्वेत फूल अर्पित करें। अगर आपके दिल में कोई भौतिक कामना है तो लाल पुष्प देकर इन्हें खुश करें। (उदाहरण के लिए
: गुलाब, चंपा, मोगरा, गेंदा, गुड़हल)
· दूसरे दिन फल देकर इनका पूजन करें। यह फल भी सांसारिक कामना के लिए लाल अथवा पीला और वैराग्य की प्राप्ति के लिए केला या श्रीफल हो सकता है। याद रखें कि फल खट्टे ना हो।
· तीसरे दिन मिठाई का महत्व होता है। इस दिन अगर हाथ की बनी खीर,
हलवा या केशरिया चावल बना कर खिलाए जाएं तो देवी प्रसन्न होती है।
· चौथे दिन इन्हें वस्त्र देने का महत्व है लेकिन सामर्थ्य अनुसार रूमाल या रंगबिरंगे रीबन दिए जा सकते हैं।
· पांचवे दिन देवी से सौभाग्य और संतान प्राप्ति की मनोकामना की जाती है। अत:
कन्याओं को पांच प्रकार की श्रृंगार सामग्री देना अत्यंत शुभ होता है। इनमें बिंदिया, चूड़ी, मेहंदी, बालों के लिए क्लिप्स, सुगंधित साबुन, काजल, नेलपॉलिश, टैल्कम पावडर इत्यादि हो सकते हैं।

छठे दिन बच्चियों को खेल-सामग्री देना चाहिए। आजकल बाजार में खेल सामग्री की अनेक वैरायटी उपलब्ध है। पहले यह रिवाज पांचे, रस्सी और छोटे-मोटे खिलौनों तक सीमित था। अब तो ढेर सारे विकल्प मौजूद है।

सातवां दिन मां सरस्वती के आह्वान का होता है। अत:
इस दिन कन्याओं को शिक्षण सामग्री दी जानी चाहिए। आजकल स्टेशनरी बाजार में विभिन्न प्रकार के पेन,
स्केच पेन, पेंसिल, कॉपी, ड्रॉईंग बुक्स, कंपास, वाटर बॉटल, कलर बॉक्स, लंच बॉक्स उपलब्ध है।
· आठवां दिन नवरात्रि का सबसे पवित्र दिन माना जाता है। इस दिन अगर कन्या का अपने हाथों से श्रृंगार किया जाए तो देवी विशेष आशीर्वाद देती है। इस दिन कन्या के दूध से पैर पूजने चाहिए। पैरों पर अक्षत, फूल और कुंकुम लगाना चाहिए। इस दिन कन्या को भोजन कराना चाहिए और यथासामर्थ्य कोई भी भेंट देनी चाहिए। हर दिन कन्या-पूजन में दक्षिणा अवश्य दें।
· नौवें दिन खीर, ग्वारफली और दूध में गूंथी पूरियां कन्या को खिलानी चाहिए। उसके पैरों में महावर और हाथों में मेहंदी लगाने से देवी पूजा संपूर्ण होती है। अगर आपने घर पर हवन का अयोजन किया है तो उसके नन्हे हाथों से उसमें समिधा अवश्य डलवाएं। उसे इलायची और पान का सेवन कराएं।
इस परंपरा के पीछे मान्यता है कि देवी जब अपने लोक जाती है तो उसे घर की कन्या की तरह ही बिदा किया जाना चाहिए। अगर सामर्थ्य हो तो नौवें दिन लाल चुनर कन्याओं को भेंट में दें। उन्हें दुर्गा चालीसा की छोटी पुस्तकें भेंट करें। गरबा के डांडिए और चणिया-चोली दिए जा सकते हैं।
इन सारी रीतियों के अनुसार पूजन करने से देवी प्रसन्न होकर वर्ष भर के लिए सुख,
समृद्धि, यश, वैभव, कीर्ति और सौभाग्य का वरदान देती है।
Navratri festival: how to worship girl for nine days
For nine days, the divine power comes to visit the human
world. The Goddess is pleased with the devotees worshiped these days. But it is
described in the Puranas that the goddess cannot be pleased with mere
shloka-mantra-fasting and havan.
These days, the worship of young girls between 2 and 5 years
old has special significance. By giving beautiful gifts to these little girls
for nine days, their hearts can be won. Navdurga can also be appeased through
these. According to the Puranas, giving a special gift to girls for nine days
is auspicious.
• Offering flowers to them on the first day is auspicious. Do
provide a single makeup material together. If you want to please Maa Saraswati,
then offer white flowers. If you have any physical desire in your heart, please
give them red flowers. (For example: Rose, Champa, Mogra, Marigold, Gudahl)
• Offer fruits on the second day and worship them. This fruit
can also be red or yellow for worldly desires and banana or quince for
attaining disinterest. Remember that fruits are not sour.
• Sweets are important on the third day. On this day, Goddess
is pleased if she is fed with hand made pudding, pudding or Kesariya rice.
• It is important to give them clothes on the fourth day, but
can be given handkerchiefs or colorful ribbons according to their ability.
• On the fifth day, the goddess is blessed with good luck and
childbirth. Therefore, giving five types of makeup to girls is very auspicious.
These may include bindiya, bangle, mehndi, clips for hair, perfumed soap,
kajal, nail polish, talcum powder etc.
• On the sixth day, girls should be given sports material.
Nowadays, many variety of sports goods are available in the market. Earlier
this custom was limited to the fifth, rope and small toys. Now a lot of options
exist.
• The seventh day is the call of Mother Saraswati. Therefore,
teaching materials should be given to the girls on this day. Nowadays different
types of pens, sketch pens, pencils, copy, drawing books, compass, water
bottle, color box, lunch box are available in the stationery market.
• The eighth day is considered the most sacred day of
Navratri. On this day, if the girl is adorned with her own hands, the Goddess
gives special blessings. On this day feet should be worshiped with the milk of
a girl. Akshat, flowers and kunkum should be applied on the feet. On this day,
the girl should be fed and any gift given to her as per her strength should be
given. Must give Dakshina every day in Virgo worship.
• On the ninth day, the girl should be fed with puris stuffed
in kheer, guarflies and milk. By applying Mahavar on his feet and Mehndi in his
hands, Goddess worship is complete. If you have done Havan at home, then you
should get it done with your little hands. Make him eat cardamom and betel
leaf.
The belief behind this tradition is that when the goddess
goes to her own country, she should be left as the daughter of the house. If
there is strength, then on the ninth day, give Lal Chunar to the girls. Offer
them small books of Durga Chalisa. Garba's dandiya and chaniya-choli can be
given.
By worshiping according to all these customs, the Goddess is
pleased and gives blessings of happiness, prosperity, fame, glory, fame and
good fortune for the whole year.
