कंजक पूजा
नवरात्रि के अष्टमी या नौवीं (आठवीं या नौवें दिन) पर की जाता है। देवी को आभार
देने का यह एक और तरीका है। कुमारी पूजा या कंजक को देवी महाकाली द्वारा दानव कलासुरा के वध के
उपलक्ष में मनाया जाता है। ऐसा माना जाता है कि कलासुरा ने स्वर्ग और पृथ्वी दोनों
को परेशान करना शुरू कर दिया था और कोई भी उसे पराजित नहीं कर पा रहा था। कलासुरा
को रोकने के प्रयास में, अन्य देवताओं ने देवी महाकाली से संपर्क किया था जिन्होंने देवी दुर्गा के रूप
में पुनर्जन्म लिया था। देवी ने एक छोटी लड़की का रूप ले लिया और कलासुरा से
संपर्क किया।
कलासुरा ने जब
यह देखा की एक छोटी सी लड़की उसको चुनोती दे रही है तो वह लापरवाह हो गया और उसने यह सोचा की वह बड़ी असानी से उस कन्या
को पराजित कर देगा। उस समय पर, देवी महाकाली ने अपनी तलवार को निकाला
और उसे मार दिया। एक अन्य कथा से पता चलता है कि एक युवा लड़की (कन्या / कुंवारी)
की पूजा की जाती है क्योंकि वह उसका सबसे शुभ स्वरूप है बाद में, वह एक पत्नी और माता (पार्वती, लक्ष्मी) की भूमिका, अपने बच्चों (सरस्वती) की शिक्षक की भूमिका और सभी बाधाओं (दुर्गा) के विनाश
की भूमिका ग्रहण कर लेती है।
कंजक पूजा विधि
लड़कियों के
आने के बाद, उनके पैरों को धोने के लिए पानी को तैयार रखें। लड़कियों के पेरों को पानी से
धोएं। कंजकों की उसी तरह से पूजा करें जिस तरह से आपने देवी दुर्गा की मूर्ति की
पूजा की है। हल्दी, कुमकुम, चावल आदि को कंजकों पर लगायें। लड़कियों के सामने एक दीपक और धूप जलाएं।
कंजकों को दियी जाने वाला भोजन शाकाहारी होना चाहिए और उसे घी पकाना चाहिए। आम तौर
पर कंजकों को पूरी, काला चना, आलू की सबजी और हलवा खिलाया जाता है। लड़कियों को खिलाने के बाद, उन्हें उपहार दें उपहार में एक चुनरी, चूड़ी, कुमकुम, हल्दी, मिठाई और पैसे शामिल होना चाहिए।

नवरात्री समापन
सिक्कों को
बाहर निकालें और उन्हें अपने दूसरे पैसे के साथ रखें। आम तौर पर मिट्टी के बर्तन
में जौ के विकास पर निगरानी राखी जाती है। जौ के बीज को शकमभारी देवी माता के
सम्मान में लगाया जाता है (जो दुर्गा पाठ के 11 वें अध्याय में वर्णित है और जो
माँ दुर्गा की ही एक रूप हैं)। माँ शकमभारी देवी पोषण की माता हैं। यदि जौ के बीज
बढ़ते हैं और प्रचुर मात्रा में ताजे हरे रंग में उगते हैं, तो यह एक निश्चित संकेत है कि आपके परिवार को समृद्धि और खुशी का आशीर्वाद
मिलेगा। कुछ अंकुरित जौ माता दुर्गा को अर्पण करें।
श्रीमद्देवी भागवत के अनुसार नवरात्र पूजा (Navratri Puja Vidhi in Hindi) से जुड़ी कुछ विशेष बातें निम्न हैं:
* यदि श्रद्धालु नवरात्र में प्रतिदिन
पूजा ना कर सके तो अष्टमी के दिन विशेष पूजा कर वह सभी फल प्राप्त कर सकता है।
* अगर श्रद्धालु पूरे नवरात्र में
उपवास ना कर सके तो तीन दिन उपवास करने पर भी वह सभी फल प्राप्त कर लेता है। कई
लोग नवरात्र के प्रथम दिन और अष्टमी एवम नवमी का व्रत करते हैं। शास्त्रों के
अनुसार यह भी मान्य है।
* नवरात्र व्रत देवी (Navratri Puja Vidhi) पूजन, हवन, कुमारी पूजन और ब्राह्मण भोजन से ही पूरा होता है।
Kanjak Puja Introduction
Kanjak Puja is performed on Ashtami or Navmi (eighth or ninth
day) of Navratri. This is another way to thank Goddess. Kumari Puja or Kanjak
is celebrated to commemorate the slaughter of the demon Kalasura by the goddess
Mahakali. It is believed that Kalasura started harassing both heaven and earth
and no one was able to defeat him. In an attempt to stop Kalasura, the goddess
Mahakali was approached by other gods who were reborn as Goddess Durga. Devi
took the form of a little girl and approached Kalasura.
When Kalasura saw that a small girl was giving him picks, he
became careless and thought that he would defeat the girl with great ease. At
that time, Goddess Mahakali took out her sword and killed it. Another legend
suggests that a young girl (Virgo / virgin) is worshiped because it is her most
auspicious form. Later, she plays the role of a wife and mother (Parvati,
Lakshmi), of her children (Saraswati). Takes the role of the teacher and the
destruction of all obstacles (Durga).
Kanjak Puja Vidhi
Tradition says that the women of the house welcome 9 girls by
washing their feet and tying moli or red thread on their works. These girls are
seated in a row and are given halwa, puri, and chhole (also known as ‘bhoga’)
along with gifts. These little girls are seen as an incarnation of Goddess
Durga. Some things must be done before beginning Kanja Puja. The list of those
items is as follows: Kalash (Pitcher), Mango leaves, Coconut, Rauli (Kumkum),
Turmeric, Red Holy thread, Rice, Betel leaves, Betel nut, Cloves, Cardamom,
Flowers, Bell leaves, Sweets and Deepak. Fill the Kalash with water till the
top. Place the mango leaf on the mouth of the urn. Tie a sacred thread on the
neck of the Kalash Place the idol of Goddess Durga near the Kalash and worship
them with turmeric, kumkum, flowers, rice, vine leaves, etc.
After the girls arrive, keep the water ready to wash their
feet. Wash girls' feet with water. Worship Kanjak in the same way that you have
worshiped the idol of Goddess Durga. Apply turmeric, kumkum, rice, etc. to the
Kanjas. Light a lamp and incense in front of girls. The food served to the
children should be vegetarian and should be cooked with ghee. The kanjas are
usually fed puri, black gram, potato vegetable, and pudding. After feeding the
girls, give them a gift. The gift should include a chunari, bangle, kumkum,
turmeric, sweets, and money.
Navratri Termination
After the nine-day puja is over, the idol of Durga is
immersed on the tenth day. On the tenth day, take a bath and sit at the place
of worship. Take the idol of Goddess Durga from the chowki and keep it in the
place where it is kept permanently. Collect the offerings on the chowki and
distribute it among the people as offerings. Distribute the rice grains to the
birds. Sprinkle the Ganges water in the Kalash to your family members and the
whole house.
Take out the coins and keep them with your other money.
Normally, the development of barley in an earthen pot is monitored. Barley
seeds are planted in honor of Maa Shakambhari Devi (which is mentioned in
the 11th chapter of the Durga text and which is a form of Maa Durga). Maa Shakambhari Devi is the mother of nutrition. If barley seeds grow and grow in
abundant fresh green color, it is a sure sign that your family will be blessed
with prosperity and happiness. Offer some sprouted barley to Mata Durga.
According to Srimaddevi Bhagwat, some special things related
to Navratri Puja (Hindi) are:
* If the devotee cannot worship daily in Navratri, then by
doing special worship on Ashtami, he can get all the fruits.
* If the devotee cannot fast in the entire Navratri, then
even after fasting for three days, he gets all the fruits. Many people observe
the first day of Navratri and fast on Ashtami and Navami. It is also valid
according to the scriptures.
* Navratri Vrat Devi (Navratri Puja Vidhi) is completed by
worship, havan, Kumari Pujan, and Brahmin food.
